I guess as they say, "here goes nothing." and so I begin my adventure as a blogger. I guess time will tell if I am cut out for the world of blogging, but for now I am giving it a good ole college try and seeing what happens. Isn't that what life is all about, exploring, expanding your horizons, following a whim, and seeing where it all leads you? Well I am following an idea I have had for a while, I am going to give blogging a shot. I was hesitant to really entertain the idea of blogging, because in reality what am I going to blog about? I have been encouraged by various friends and avid blog followers to do a blog about my idiosyncrasies (read: OCD tendencies), a blog about life as newlywed, a blog about being a first time homeowner, a blog about my achy old lady body, and the list goes on. Needless to say I was even more confused and ever still the skeptic. As a result the blog, so creativity titled for two of my favorite things was born! And off we roll with Tea & Fleur De Lis. Rather than follow my typical Type-A personality and have a plan for this blog I am going to throw it all into the wind and see what happens. If asked what the theme of Tea & Fleu De Lis is I can honestly say its a mismatch. Each post will vary depending on life, mood, and all that jazz. I hope those of you that have stumbled across T&FDL find just what your looking for, but I will happily settle for a smile.
